Please note that delivery time frames are an estimation provided by our shipping providers and although we hope this never happens, delays during transit may occur from time to time in which The VL Cup Holder cannot be held responsible for. 

COVID 19
We are continuing to ship all orders and process returns without delay; however, you may experience shipping delays due to COVID-19. Our community remains our top priority and we will continue to update our website if any delays are expected. 

Delivery Time
Our team aims to have your order packed as quickly as possible. We use both Australia Post Express & Australia Post parcel (standard) depending on which option you choose at the checkout. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email notification with tracking advice. 

Express is next business day delivery within the express post network (Australian capital cities and major metro areas- Perth CBD only). Australia Post does allow for Express parcels to arrive within 1-3 business days in the event there are unforeseeable delays. Regional areas outside the express post network may be 2-5 business days. 

If you have not received your items within 4 business days of making your order, please email us with your full name and order number and we will look into your delivery immediately.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is packed and leaves our warehouse you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your parcel.

If you are not home at the time of delivery, for your convenience, your parcel will be left in a secure place if deemed safe to do so by the delivery driver. If they feel it is not safe to leave, or the parcel is too large, you will be left a card and your parcel will be taken to your local Australia Post.

EXCHANGE, RETURNS & REFUND POLICIES

We have a returns policy in place if you are not 100% happy with your purchase. It is important to us that our community is satisfied with their items, so If for any reason you are not please contact vlcupholder@gmail.com so someone from our team can resolve any issues as quickly as possible. 

Returns (Refund) 

Please note we do not offer free returns or exchanges. 

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To start a return you must email vlcupholder@gmail.com. Please ensure you include your full name, order number and reason for return. Original shipping costs are non-refundable and the cost of return postage must be paid by the customer at the time of returning. We recommend using a tracked method of postage to ensure it reaches us safely as we are not responsible for lost, stolen or undelivered parcels. 

We process all returns within five business days of receiving your returned items. Once received, we assess your return and if in compliance with our return policy, complete your refund, exchange or store credit. Our team will send you a confirmation of return email that will include the details of your processed return. VLCUPHOLDER reserves the right to refuse returns on items that do not comply with the requirements outlined in these conditions and will return the item to sender. So that your return can be processed please ensure that:  

  • Goods are not damaged

  • All items are packaged securely and arrive back to us in their original condition, boxes, casing, original packaging etc.

  • Goods are returned in original packaging

Sale items are final and cannot be returned for a refund, exchange or store credit, other than in the event of them being faulty.

Refunds

  • Final Sale items can not be returned for a refund unless deemed faulty.

  • We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

  • If you provide incorrect banking information and do not receive monies, you will not receive another payment

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
